You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store information about your clients. We recommend informing clients that you use Rosette to manage their records. You should have a lawful basis for processing client personal data under UK GDPR.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Subscription payments are processed by Apple via in-app purchases. We do not store your payment card details. Apple's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
Rosette is intended for use by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
